We offer HICAPS for eligible remedial massage treatments, allowing clients to claim their health fund rebate at the time of their appointment.
Our remedial massage services are treatment-based and focused on addressing muscle tension, pain, and physical discomfort.
HOW HICAPS WORKS:
HICAPS enables on-the-spot health fund claims for eligible services.
At the end of your remedial massage treatment, we can process your claim directly through our HICAPS terminal. You will only need to pay the remaining gap amount, depending on your level of cover.

Health fund claims are available for remedial massage treatments only and are subject to:

We recommend checking with your health fund provider to confirm your eligibility prior to your appointment.
Important Information:
To ensure accurate processing of health fund claims, please inform our staff prior to your treatment if you require a receipt for claiming purposes.
Receipts cannot be backdated after you have left the clinic.
For privacy and compliance reasons, provider numbers are not issued over the phone.
