CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We uphold the following policies to ensure smooth operations and fair treatment of all our clients:
Cancellation Policy:

A 30% charge will be applied for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment.

A 50% charge will be applied in the event of a no-show.
Late Arrival Policy:

Clients arriving late will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Services will conclude at the originally booked time, regardless of the late arrival.
Public Holiday Surcharge:
- A 10% surcharge is applicable on public holidays.
Card Surcharge:
- A 1.2% surcharge applies to all card payments.
