Clinic Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We uphold the following policies to ensure smooth operations and fair treatment of all our clients:

 

Clinic Policy:

  • Our policies are in place to support the smooth operation of our remedial and therapeutic massage clinic and to ensure all clients receive appropriate treatment in a professional setting.

Treatment Suitability:

​​

  • Our services focus on remedial and therapeutic massage for muscle tension, pain management, and recovery. Please inform our therapists of any medical conditions prior to treatment.

 

Health Fund Claims (HICAPS):

  • HICAPS is available for eligible remedial massage treatments, allowing clients to claim directly with their health fund at the time of service. Claim availability depends on individual cover.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • A 30% charge will be applied for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • A 50% charge will be applied in the event of a no-show.

 

Late Arrival Policy:

  • Clients arriving late will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

  • Services will conclude at the originally booked time, regardless of the late arrival.

Public Holiday Surcharge:

  • A 15% surcharge is applicable on public holidays.

Card Surcharge:

  • A 1.3% surcharge applies to all card payments.
